Oyesola Awodiya, Managing Director of Ezzential Global Services, a leading Telecom Engineering Company in the Nigerian ICT Industry has been inducted into the Titans of Tech Hall of Fame. This accolade recognizes her exceptional contributions and lasting impact on the nation’s tech space.
The induction ceremony was held during the 20th edition of the Titans of Tech Awards in Lagos. The event was a grand celebration of innovation and excellence in Nigeria’s ICT industry, featuring an enchanting performance by the national dance troupe that set a vibrant tone for the evening.
Mrs Awodiya was one of two women among the 13 distinguished individuals honoured. The other inductees included Femi Williams, CEO of Newwaves Ecosystem Limited; Gbenga Adebayo, Founder and President of Royal FM 95.1MHz; Amos Emmanuel, Founder of Programos Software and InnovationBed; Maggie Peters, Managing Director, Alpha Technologies Limited; Tony Emoekpere, President of the Association of Telecommunications Companies of Nigeria (ATCON); and Muhammed Rudman, pioneer Chief Executive Officer of the Internet Exchange Point of Nigeria (IXPN).
Additional honourees were Engr. Ikechukwu Nnamani, Managing Director of Digital Realty; Ayotunde Coker, Chairman of the Africa Data Centres Association (ADCA); Olawale Owoeye, CEO of Cedarview; John Nwachukwu, CEO of Zoracom; Pastor Lekan Balogun, MD of Netaccess Systems; and Lare Ayoola, MD of Tranter IT.

Oyesola Awodiya is an exceptional tech woman with multiple competencies that cuts across ICT, Banking, Power Generation, Telecommunications, Business Development, Project Management and Finance. Her outstanding contributions as the Managing Director of Ezzential Global Services have earned her a well-deserved place among the top individuals being honored this with the Titans of Tech Hall of Fame.” Aganbi said.
Oyesola Awodiya holds a degree in Pure and Applied Mathematics from Lagos State University, Lagos and an Alumni of Lagos Business School (Pan Atlantic University) with over 20 years’ experience across various industries. She started her career with Inlaks Computers Limited; She also worked at Private Networks Nigeria Limited (PNN) and Anchor Telecoms Nigeria Limited as General Manager, Operations (Africa) developing the business across African Countries (Ghana, Cameroon, Benin and Gabon) before joining Ezzential Global Services Limited as General Manager, Operations (Africa). Her resourcefulness and undying appetite for self actualisation and excellence endeared her to attend various conferences and trainings both local and International in Africa, Europe, Asia and America.
Another highlight of the evening was the cutting of the anniversary cake and the unveiling of the much-anticipated book, *50 Most Influential ICT Innovators in Nigeria*. This book not only celebrates past trailblazers but also acknowledges the ongoing contributions of industry leaders shaping the future of technology.
The ceremony was further distinguished by the presentation of the Lifetime Achievement Award to notable figures including Engr. Dr. Ernest Ndukwe, Chairman of MTN Nigeria; Col. Aiyegbeni Peters, Chairman of Alpha Technologies; Austin Okere, Founder of CWG; and Femi Pedro, Former Managing Director of First Atlantic Bank and Ex-Deputy Governor of Lagos State.
