“Quantum Shift” Takes Centre Stage at Titans of Tech 2026

Leading Information and Communications Technology (ICT) stakeholders, including policymakers, regulators, industry leaders, investors, and innovators will convene for the Titans of Tech Conference & Expo (TOTCE) 2026 on July 17, 2026, at the Oriental Hotel, Lekki, Lagos.

With the theme “Quantum Shift: Shaping Nigeria’s Digital Future,” the conference comes at a pivotal moment as Nigeria transitions from incremental digital growth to a more coordinated, system-wide transformation.
Speaking to journalists, the Convener, Don Pedro Aganbi, noted that the theme reflects a critical turning point in Nigeria’s digital journey.

“From connectivity and payments to platforms, data, and artificial intelligence, technology is no longer just an enabler, it is now central to governance, economic growth, and national competitiveness. The next phase of progress will not be driven by isolated innovation, but by coordinated systems, sound policy, and trusted infrastructure,” he said.

According to him, the “Quantum Shift” captures connectivity as the backbone of economic participation, finance becoming programmable and interoperable, education evolving into a digital, lifelong system and governance shifting to data-driven, platform enabled models.

TOTCE 2026 will feature keynote addresses and policy insights, state of Nigeria’s Digital Economy overview, high-level panels and regulatory roundtables, fireside chats with industry leaders, Innovation showcase and exhibition and the Titans of Tech Awards and gala night.

TOTCE seeks to provide strategic insight into Nigeria’s digital economy, strengthen collaboration between government and industry, explore emerging technologies within responsible frameworks, facilitate investment and sustainable growth and Inspire the next generation of digital leaders.

Participants include government officials, regulators, CEOs, telecom and infrastructure providers, banks and fintechs, tech companies, startups, investors, development partners, and the media.
