As a founding partner at Infratel Africa, he provides strategic leadership for projects powering rural transformation, with solutions spanning financial inclusion, telemedicine, e-learning, and Smart Wi-Fi technologies—sectors vital to Nigeria’s and Africa’s socio-economic development.

Dr. Yusuf’s influence extends beyond the private sector. He is widely recognised for his contributions to continental development and currently serves as an African Union (AU) Ambassador for Agenda 2063, the AU’s long-term blueprint for inclusive growth and sustainable development across Africa.

Under his visionary leadership, Dr. Yusuf has spearheaded telecom asset acquisitions valued at over $400 million and oversees network infrastructure services exceeding $7.5 million annually, reinforcing his reputation as a strategic force within Africa’s technology and telecommunications ecosystem.

An alumnus of executive programmes at Harvard Business School and Paris School of Business, Dr. Yusuf is a Certified Management Consultant and a Fellow of several respected professional bodies, reflecting his commitment to excellence and continuous learning.

A winner of the ICT Humanitarian of the Year Award 2025 at the prestigious Titans of Tech Awards, Dr. Yusuf remains deeply committed to social impact.
