Zoho Technologies Emerges Most Innovative Business Productivity Solutions Provider

Zoho Technologies, leading multinational technology and web-based business tools solutions provider has emerged the Most Innovative Business Productivity Solutions Provider of the Year at the 18th edition of the 18^th annual Titans of Tech Awards.

According to the organizers of the prestigious awards, optimising service and performance, enhancing customer service, overall quality of innovation and contribution to ICT advancement, originality and vision, digital transformation and service, market success/acceptance and contribution to end-user quality-of-experience and service delivery were key components in the criteria considered by the Tech TV intelligence unit panel that selected the award winners. The four months long period involved gathering series of detailed information on KPIs, customer satisfaction, Innovation, growth strategies and ethical practices.

At the end, Zoho Technologies was adjudged overall winner among other nominees for its relentless efforts and impact on the Nigerian enterprise through the several innovative productivity business solutions that it has introduced into the Nigerian and African market.

Receiving the Award, an elated kehinde Ogundare, Country manager, Zoho Technologies noted that Zoho is committed to providing productive solution to startups and SMEs in Nigeria stressing that the recent unveiling of its digital solution, the Africa Digital Enabler, designed to enhance the digital transformation of small businesses in Nigeria is a pointer to its commitment developing the Nigeria’s enterprise. Speaking further he said, “Our commitment to grow the SMEs remains unwavering. Indeed, Zoho grew by 74% in the year under review in Nigeria, and with the opening of our office in Lagos and hiring more employees locally for customer-facing roles reveals our commitment and belief in the Nigerian economy. The 2022 event was chaired by Chairman, MTN Nigeria and former Executive Vice Chairman, Nigeria Communications Commission, Engr. Ernest Ndukwe, OFR.

The 2022 Titans of Tech Awards was preceded by the Pan African Digital Initiatives Summit and Expo (PADISE) with the theme “Leveraging Right Policies & Technologies in Taming Insecurity and Cyber-Threats”. PADISE  was established as a platform where the most influential players in the African information communications technology (ICT) markets can come together to exchange ideas and to positively influence and promote ICT agenda for optimal good.
